The laboratory/Workshop facilities include:

• Metallurgical and material testing facilities.
• High precision measuring instruments.
• Tubular furnace (1200C)
• Powder metallurgy route to production processes
• Metrology lab facilities for certification
• Foundry testing facility
• Computer center

ACTIVITIES

The Production Engineering Association is organizing seminars and workshops on a regular basis incorporating the services of eminent engineers and other professionals for the benefit of the students. The department also plays a leading role in the SIMAP training programs, activities associated with ISTE Students Chapter and Student Chapter of Institution of Engineers (India), Continuing Education Center and Industry Institute Interaction Cell.
